| After an auto accident, you may seek treatment from the licensed doctor or
chiropractor of your choice. Your auto insurance will pay for medical bills no
matter who you choose to see. Your insurance company will not refer you to any
medical facility, so you can choose anyone you wish. In the State of Florida, $10,000 of medical coverage is included with your auto
insurance policy. No matter who caused the accident, the first $10,000 of
medical care including doctor's visits, therapy, and diagnostic procedures are
covered by your own auto insurance at 80%. Depending upon your insurance policy,
you may be covered at 100% or a deductible may apply. |
